Can I give away my digital products as prizes?
Yes. Choose any product from your Zuesful Digital Products and attach it to your competition. When you pick a winner, you generate a secure claim link for them. You can revoke it and make a new one at any time.
Can I give away physical products?
Yes. Add any prize you like, such as a physical product, an experience or a gift card. You contact the winner and arrange delivery yourself. Only digital products are delivered automatically.
Do I have to give out discount codes?
No. Promo codes are optional, so you can run a standard giveaway without them. Switch them on only if you want every entrant to receive a discount code.
If I switch on promo codes, does everyone get one, even if they don’t win?
Yes. Every entry receives its own discount code, so people who don’t win still have a reason to buy from you.
Can the promo code link be an affiliate link?
Yes. Each code comes with a direct link to where it can be used, and that link can be your affiliate link. If you’re an affiliate marketer, entries can earn you commission.
How are winners picked, and can I pick again?
Zuesful picks a winner automatically from your valid entries. If you need to, you can re-pick. The winner gets an automatic email, so you don’t have to write one.
Can I put a competition on my own website?
Yes. Paste one embed code into Shopify, Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, Webflow or any site that accepts embed code. You can also use your competition in your Space or as its own standalone page.
Where do I find prize ideas?
In Prize Inspiration inside your dashboard. Browse ideas and add one to your competition. Prizes you save go into your Prize Library so you can reuse them.
How do I stay GDPR-compliant and get the Terms right?
Zuesful includes a GDPR opt-in on every entry, and a Terms & Conditions generator that creates draft terms to help you get started. You are responsible for checking that your competition terms suit your country and your prize.
